Tim Fray

BIOGRAPHY

Tim Fray (born July 25, 1967) is a founding partner and CEO of Sixty67 Group Inc., and one of Canada's most seasoned hospitality industry leaders with over 35 years of hands-on experience. His journey began in the mid-to-late 1980s working in the back of a restaurant, and from that starting point, Tim has held virtually every position a hospitality operation has to offer.

In the early 1990s, Tim joined the management team at Grisantis, an Italian restaurant concept where he helped open and run three Greater Toronto Area locations. When Milestones, a subsidiary of CARA, took over those properties, Tim rose through the ranks in various management roles and was directly involved in launching Milestones locations across Canada, training hundreds of staff in the process. In 2006, he was brought on as Senior Management at the Pegasus Hospitality Group, where he served as Director of Operations and set the standard for Banquet Hall Front of House Service over five years.

Since 2011, Tim has channelled his expansive expertise into consulting, advising owners across every facet of the industry, from opening new restaurants and menu engineering to staff retention, safety programming, and operational profitability. He is also the founder and CEO of the Hospes Group of businesses and represents Executives PowerUp, an initiative supporting Black businesses ready to scale through investment, franchising, branding, and marketing. Through the Fray Family Foundation, Tim and his family give back to communities both in Canada and abroad.
